Data Retention
Data is retained only as long as needed for service delivery, order history integrity, security checks, and legal obligations. Data that is no longer necessary is removed or anonymized periodically.

Monosell uses the Instagram Graph API and the WhatsApp Business Platform and complies with Meta Platform Policies.
We only process messages that users send to businesses using Monosell.
