User Responsibilities

Prohibited Uses
- Spam or mass unsolicited messaging
- Harassment or abusive content
- Illegal products or services
Account Termination
Accounts may be suspended or terminated for policy violations, abuse, legal non-compliance, or behavior that creates platform risk.
Limitation of Liability
The service is provided on an as-is basis. To the extent permitted by law, Monosell is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey.
