Monosell mobil uygulaması ve işletme paneli hizmeti kapsamında kişisel verilerinizin silinmesi için bu sayfayı kullanabilirsiniz.
Adımlar
- Kayıtlı işletme e-posta adresinizden info@monosell.net adresine «Veri silme talebi» konulu bir e-posta gönderin.
- E-postanızda talebinizi ve hesabınızla ilişkili işletme e-posta adresini belirtin.
- Kimlik doğrulaması tamamlandıktan sonra talebiniz 30 gün içinde işleme alınır; işlem sonucu size e-posta ile bildirilir.
Silinen veriler
Talebiniz onaylandığında, yasal saklama yükümlülükleri dışında kalan aşağıdaki veriler silinir veya anonimleştirilir:
- Hesap bilgileri (e-posta adresi, kullanıcı kimliği)
- Cihaz ve push bildirimi tanımlayıcıları
- İşletmenize ait müşteri konuşma kayıtları
- İşletmenize ait sipariş verileri
Saklanan veriler
Ticari ve vergisel mevzuat gereği saklanması zorunlu fatura ve işlem kayıtları, ilgili yasal saklama süreleri boyunca tutulur; süre sonunda silinir.
Monosell — Data Deletion Request
How to request deletion of your data associated with the Monosell mobile app and merchant service.
Steps
- From your registered business email, send an email to info@monosell.net with the subject «Data deletion request».
- Include your deletion request and the business email address linked to your account.
- After identity verification, your request will be completed within 30 days; you will be notified by email.
Data deleted
Upon approval, the following data is deleted or anonymized, except where legal retention applies: account information (email, user ID), device/push notification identifiers, your business customer conversation records, and order data.
Data retained
Invoice and transaction records required by commercial and tax law are retained for the applicable legal retention periods, then deleted.
